Is your masterbatch classified as dangerous goods for maritime transport?
No. According to the Hazard Classification and Identification Report for Transport of Goods issued by the Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry Testing Co., Ltd. (SICIT), both our Red Masterbatch and White Masterbatch are classified as “Non-restricted Goods” and are not subject to the IMO IMDG Code (2024 Edition). Comprehensive testing confirms they are not explosives, flammable substances, corrosives, toxic substances, or radioactive materials, guaranteeing safe and standard sea freight logistics.
Does your White Masterbatch comply with food-grade safety regulations?
Yes, absolutely. Our White Masterbatch (Model 7) has passed the rigorous testing of the Hebei Academy of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection (National Environmental Protection Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center). According to the official test report (No. GH202200701) strictly following GB 4806.7-2016 (National Food Safety Standard for Plastic Materials and Articles for Food Contact), all items—including sensory requirements, overall migration (tested in 10% ethanol at 40℃ for 10 days), potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metals (Pb), and decolorization tests—fully meet the required specifications. It is entirely safe for food-contact packaging applications.
Are your masterbatches compliant with EU RoHS and BPA restrictions?
Yes. We have conducted stringent third-party tests through Bureau Veritas (Test Report No. 66241921319). The results confirm full compliance with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment (EU) 2015/863. Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI), PBBs, PBDEs, and Phthalates (DBP, BBP, DEHP, DIBP) are all Not Detected (ND). Furthermore, the Bisphenol A (BPA) content was also tested as Not Detected (ND) (<0.1 mg/kg), meeting the strictest international environmental and safety standards for electronic and sensitive applications.
Do you have specific certifications regarding Phthalate content?
Yes. We have tested our masterbatches according to the national standard GB 31604.30-2016 at the Hebei Academy of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection (Test Report No. GH202200649). The report confirms that all 19 types of phthalate esters (including DMP, DBP, BBP, DEHP, DIBP, DINP, etc.) are Not Detected (ND). We can also provide comprehensive MSDS, SGS test reports, and other compliance documents upon client request to meet diverse global market regulations.

According to our official Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS):
Storage: Keep containers tightly closed and store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from heat sources and open flames.
Incompatible materials: Avoid direct contact with strong oxidants, strong acids, and strong bases.
Transportation: Ensure all packaging containers are fully intact and sealed. During transit, protect from direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. Do not mix-load with oxidants or acids, and stay away from sparks and heat sources during stopovers.
