Masterbatch Usage Process
1. Material Weighing
Weigh plastic pellets and masterbatch by formula: 1%–5% color masterbatch, 10%–40% filler masterbatch, 1%–3% desiccant masterbatch. Adjust dosage as needed. Filler masterbatch shall not exceed 40% to keep product toughness.
2. Uniform Mixing
Put pellets and masterbatch into mixer and stir for 3–5 mins until evenly blended. Defoaming masterbatch must be mixed and used immediately. All masterbatches need sealed moisture-proof storage.
3. Molding Processing
Feed mixtures into extruder, injection or film blowing machine, melt and form under standard temperature.
4. Cooling & Shaping
Cool profiles, films and injection parts by air or water for shaping.
5. Finished Inspection
Check finished goods for color difference, bubbles, surface and toughness. Adjust masterbatch dosage for defects.
